As the Director of Operations, Janie Yanes exemplifies the core attributes of an outstanding leader as she works with the Executive Team to develop strategies and implements plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. Besides her executive duties, Janie handles a wide range of high level administrative, logistical and operational duties including human resources, budgeting, account management and client services.
Janie joined Indigo in 2001 as an account coordinator bringing more than 20 years of experience in executive administration and project management. Because of her outstanding work ethic, incredible attention to detail, excellent ability to build strong relationships and establish processes, she was quickly promoted to Client Services Manager. As Client Services Manager, she built a strong sales support team that continues to reflect her dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service. Janie has the unique ability to bring out excellence in the members of her team. She now uses her exceptional team building and organizational skills to assist the Executive Team as Director of Operations where her contributions have led to operational efficiencies as well as streamlining processes.
Janie excels at finding hidden talents and developing them in members of her team.
